There are three types of homes available in the Village: Villas, Stratas, and Townhomes (Townhome information coming soon!).
 Villas:
62 bungalow basement walkout villas are to be built with many different floorplans to choose from. Half of these homes back onto the private lake, the other half to Land-O-Lakes Drive.

 Stratas:
Four Strata buildings will be erected with a total of 114 units available for purchase. Many of these units include secure underground parking and a great view of the Village, private lake, and/or golf course.
